This pharmacy is closing permanently on Sunday 30 August 2026

Fairview Pharmacy Finchley Memorial Hospital will close for the last time on Sunday 30 August 2026. Our Edgware branch, Fairview Pharmacy and Travel Clinic, remains open as normal.

Please collect all outstanding prescriptions and medication by Friday 28 August 2026. We will be open on Saturday 29 and Sunday 30 August, 10:00 – 16:00, but for collection of items already dispensed only. We will not be accepting new prescription orders after Friday 28 August.

Please change your nomination now. If your prescriptions are sent to us electronically, please ask your GP surgery or use the NHS App to nominate a different pharmacy before 30 August 2026. If you do not, your next prescription may be sent to a pharmacy that is closed.
