I came with my mum to get earwax removed and we were seen by Imran. Imran was very kind and patient and took time to explosion to my mum and I everything he was going to do and how the procedure worked. He put my mum at ease and was vest professional and friendly. Left us with good advice as to how we can look after the ears. Would definitely recommend and visit again should we need to.
